A Faith build is probably my personal favorite. A lot of great weapons that scale with Faith tend to be lightweight (Moonlight Sword, Istarelle, Blessed Mirdan Hammer or Mace, ect.) giving you extra flexibility with gear, and the health regen makes World 5 considerably easier. A little bit of offensive magic (soul arrow, etc.) also works wonders in worlds 1 + 2, even with low MAG.
